At Muddy Mat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
